Eligibility and Qualification:

✔Officers of the Central Government, the State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous or Statutory organization, Public Sector Undertakings, University or Recognized Research Institution

I. Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department OR

II. With seven years’ service  rendered  after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the level-7 (Rs. 44900-1 42,400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

✔Possessing a   degree in  Law from recognized University

NOTE:
